Return Policy

Returns
-We allow 30 days for the return of unused items. If the item is returned for a refund, a full credit will be given less the cost we paid to ship the item (this is the extent of the restocking fee for items that are unused and we do not impose further restocking fees). If the original purchase is 30 days past the purchase date, we cannot offer a refund. If the item is still under warranty the buyer may return the item for a warranty replacement. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer and we will cover the shipping of the new item to you. 
-To be eligible for a refund return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
-There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, if applicable:
 Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not as a result of our error.
 Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.
Refunds (if applicable)
-Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
-If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable number of days. 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
-If you have not received a refund, please re-check your bank account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
-Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
-We only replace items that are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at, help@dynamiclamps.com, and ship your item back to our location.
Shipping

-You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
-Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
-If you are shipping an item over $75 in value, we recommend using a carrier such as UPS or FedEx, as well as purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
