Use only in a 120V fixture rated for a 150W ETH lamp and fitted with the required protective shield or enclosure. Disconnect power and allow the fixture to cool before service. Handle the quartz with clean gloves or a lint-free cloth.

Halogen lamps operate at high temperature and pressure. Keep combustible materials clear, maintain the fixture's airflow, and follow the fixture manufacturer's replacement and disposal instructions.

Unsupported copied “ozone free” and “UV protected” claims were removed because they are not present in the current Ushio specification table.
