ETC fixture literature includes the 375W/115V long-life HPL format, but ETC's manufacturer-specific approval table does not mark the OSRAM long-life version as tested. Confirm acceptance with ETC Technical Services when brand-specific approval is required.

Fixture voltage, socket keying, lamp-capacity marking, and the current equipment manual take precedence. Never substitute a 115V, 230V, or 240V lamp solely because the base appears to fit.
