New DLP DMD Chip (digital micromirror device). This IC is used in select Mitsubishi, Samsung, and Toshiba televisions. These chips are brand new and have not been pulled, used, or re-manufactured.

Replacing this part will correct white and black dots in the picture caused by faulty mirrors within the chip.
After replacing the DLP Chip, the DMD/Formatter board might also need to be replaced. This is usually indicated by black vertical bars or a broken mosaic pattern in the picture.

Receives the dlp chip promptly. Swapped it out in about 1:15 including time to review youtube videos and take pictures. So far so good, white dots are gone!
