Match OSRAM 69818, TP22H 44IN 16GA, or the complete socket specification in the fixture documentation. A G9.5 base match alone does not prove that the lead length, wire rating, temperature rating, or mounting geometry is correct.

Safety

Disconnect and lock out power before service. High-temperature fixtures can retain heat after shutdown. Use wiring methods, terminals, strain relief, clearances, and insulation rated for the fixture and local electrical requirements.

Maximum component ratings are not permission to exceed the fixture rating. Replace damaged wiring, cracked ceramic, oxidized contacts, or heat-damaged mounting hardware before returning equipment to service.
