I recently purchased a lamp for my Mitsubishi TV. I had purchased from Dynamic Lamps before and as I was researching prices Dynamic lamps was still the best. I own a very old TV and even though the part number was the same, the OEM manufacturer had slightly changed the product, so it did not work for me. I contacted Dynamic Lamps and explained the problem. They offered suggestions and tried to make this work for me. In the end, I had to return the product.
What was so amazing was the communication and attention to my problem. Laurie was in contact with me throughout this issue. She was awesome. Dynamic Lamps sent me an RMA tag to ship the product back at no cost to me. They refunded my full purchase. It is so refreshing to work with a person that cares about customer service. Dynamic Lamps is a great company and have people that care.
