Turntable belt

This belt does not work on my Rabco ST-4. It keeps falling off. It is too wide and thick to work. My original belt is thinner and smaller. Do not use.

Belt is not like original!

The original belt and the new belt are about the same length, but the width and thickness are not correct. As received the belt was so tight that the motor could not overcome the force on the motor bearings. The original belts were about 3.5 mm wide and 0.6 mm thick. The new belt is 4.7 mm wide and 0.91mm thick. This considerably heaver belt takes much more force to stretch. The high force also causes it to drift up to the 45 RPM pulley position and then it jumps off the motor pulley completely when it is helped to run by hand turning the turntable. My only option is to pre-stretch the belt for days to lessen the pull on the motor pulley. Hopefully this works.
